A: We are both a cash and medical aid contracted practise.
We claim directly through the medical aid and charge medical aid tariffs but also offer cash rates.

Q: Do I need a referral letter?
A: No, you can make an appointment without a referral letter.

Q: What do I need to bring along for my treatment session?
A: All you need to bring with you is your medical aid card.

Q: Do I need to be a member of virgin active to make an appointment?
A: No. You do not need to be a member of virgin active to make an appointment to be treated by our practise.

Q: Is there safe parking available?
A: Yes, there is parking available in the front of the virgin active building with security in the shopping centre.
